Building a DTC skincare brand from zero to scale.

Brand, packaging, Shopify, and a 90-day paid launch plan for a founder-led skincare line.

What we did

We partnered with the founder pre-launch — naming, identity, packaging, photography, and the full Shopify build. The first 90 days of paid was structured as a controlled scale across Meta and TikTok with creator-led UGC produced in-house. Halcyon hit profitable acquisition in week three and never came off.
