The Process

Six phases. One operating model.

Every brand we work with moves through the same engineered sequence — from honest audit to scaled operation. No improvisation. No mystery deliverables. Just a quiet, cinematic system.

Phases

From audit to scale, in one continuous system.

  • 01
    Week 1

    Audit & Compatibility

We start with a full audit of your business — offer, brand, funnel, content, ad accounts, and operations. The goal isn't a sales pitch; it's deciding if we're actually the right partner. If we're not a fit, we say so.

    • Brand & market audit
    • Funnel & ad account review
    • Compatibility verdict
  • 02
    Week 2–3

    Systems & Cleanup

Before we add anything, we fix what's leaking. We organize the brand assets, clean up tracking, restructure ad accounts, tidy CRM data, and put the operational scaffolding in place so growth has somewhere to land.

    • Asset & file consolidation
    • Pixel, GA4 & CAPI cleanup
    • Account & CRM restructure
  • 03
    Week 3–4

    Strategy & Positioning

We define the offer, the audience, the message, and the math. Positioning gets sharpened, the funnel gets re-architected, and every channel gets a clear role in the system before a single asset is produced.

    • Positioning & messaging map
    • Channel & funnel architecture
    • 90-day media plan
  • 04
    Week 4–6

    Creative Build

Brand, web, content, and ads are produced as one ecosystem — not as one-off deliverables. Cinematic standard, performance-engineered. Everything is built to fit the system, not just look good in a portfolio.

    • Brand & web build
    • Content & ad creative library
    • Launch-ready asset system
  • 05
    Week 6–7

    Launch

We go live with intent. Campaigns are structured for clean signal, creative is rotated against a testing matrix, and the funnel is monitored daily. The first 30 days are about learning fast, not spending hard.

    • Campaign architecture & launch
    • Creative testing matrix
    • Daily performance monitoring
  • 06
    Ongoing

    Scale & Operate

Once the system is performing, we scale spend, expand creative, and compound the brand. Weekly reporting, monthly strategy, and a senior team that operates as an extension of yours — not a vendor outside it.

    • Weekly performance reporting
    • Monthly strategy reviews
    • Continuous creative refresh
FAQ

Answers, in plain language.

The questions every operator asks before signing — timelines, deliverables, onboarding, and how we actually work.

  • Most engagements go live within 4–7 weeks from kickoff. Phase 1 (Audit) takes a week, systems and strategy run in parallel through weeks 2–4, and the creative build wraps in weeks 4–6. Brands with heavier rebuilds run longer — we tell you upfront.

  • After contract sign, you get a kickoff call, a private workspace, a single point of contact, and a shared 90-day plan. We collect access (brand assets, ad accounts, CMS, analytics) in week one and run the audit in parallel — no two-month discovery purgatory.

  • Brand system, website, content production, paid media management, SEO foundations, and the automation layer that ties them together. Scope is tailored after the audit — you only pay for what your business actually needs.

  • Build phases are scoped projects. Once you're live, we operate on a quarterly retainer with a 30-day notice. We don't lock clients into long contracts — the work keeps the relationship.

  • A senior, in-house team — strategists, designers, editors, and media buyers. No offshore handoffs, no junior account managers running your brand. The people on your kickoff call are the people on your account.

  • Yes. We frequently operate alongside in-house marketers and specialist vendors. We'll define ownership clearly in week one so nothing falls between the cracks.

  • Anything we can't honestly move the needle for. If your offer isn't ready, your margins can't support paid media, or our standards don't align — we'll tell you in the audit and refer you elsewhere when we can.

Your brand already
deserves attention.

Now it needs infrastructure. Let's build the media engine that runs underneath the growth.
